EDUCATION & WELLNESS
ECO Center for Education & Wellness is a California-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to nurturing the wellness of individuals in underserved communities. Through a holistic approach which helps people experience self-empower through workshops, mindfulness, and self-care, ECO demonstrates deep commitment to learning, community, and stewardship of the environment. ECO is also committed to developing high-quality curriculum for practitioners to improve the community well-being.
BRIDGING THE MIND
The BTM Workshop focuses on stress-reduction and mindfulness techniques through yoga, qigong, and meditation exercise.
HOLISTIC ROOTS
The Holistic Roots Workshop centers around self-empowerment and wellness in topics of dietary education, self-care practice, and community clinic.
TRAUMA RELIEF
The Trauma Relief Program covers suicide prevention by providing guidance towards self-healing and relief from PTSD.
WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT
Instructors and ambassadors in this program learns compassion, and social & environmental responsibility to become community leaders.

ECO is looking for qualified and experienced grant writers. If you are willing to donate time or work on a contractual basis writing grants for ECO, contact us.
